Poster for the movie "The Seven Year Itch"
105 min - Comedy, Drama, Romance - 1 June 1955
Our rating:

Stuffy, married businessman Tom Ewell settles in for several weeks of boredom while the family is off on summer vacation, only to discover that Marilyn Monroe inhabits the apartment upstairs.

The first of Monroe's top-drawer comedies for director Billy Wilder (they later teamed for SOME LIKE IT HOT), this featuresone of the most striking images from a Monroe movie: her white dress billowing above her legs as she walks over a Manhattan subway grating.
