A Traveller in Time (BBC Fantasy, Sophie Thompson)

In spooky drama serial A Traveller in Time young Penelope (Sophie Thompson) staying with her aunt and uncle in an Elizabethan era home finds herself being able to travel back in time to the reign of Mary Queen of Scots where she helps a troubled family.

Filmed at Simon (Blue Peter) Groom’s farm house Babington House. Blue Peter at the time featured a brief making of the show segment.
