Ahead of the Class (ITV Drama, Julie Walters, Reece Dinsdale)

ITV drama Ahead of the Class is based on real events. In 1995 Philip Lawrence the headmaster of St George’s school in London had been murdered. In 2000 as a last-ditch attempt to save the unruly school from closure Lady Marie Stubbs (Julie Walters) is brought in and manages to totally transform the pupil’s behaviour and character of the school.
