America’s Test Kitchen Delivers ‘Saucy Mediterranean Nosh’ Saturday May 17 on PBS

The team at America’s Test Kitchen is heading to the Mediterranean for an episode titled “Saucy Mediterranean Nosh,” set to air Saturday, May 17, at 2:30 PM ET on PBS. This episode is the 25th installment of the show’s 25th season.

Test Cook Erica Turner will prepare Bouyourdi (Spicy Greek Baked Feta) for host Bridget Lancaster. Later in the program, Test Cook Becky Hays makes Green Shakshuka for host Julia Collin Davison.
