BBC One’s long running Antiques Roadshow continues its 47th season with a visit to Beaumaris Castle on the island of Anglesey. The episode, airing Sunday, May 18, 2025, at 8:00 PM GMT, will see Fiona Bruce and the team of experts uncover historical items.

During the visit, Bruce explores the history of the Menai Bridge. Discoveries brought forward by the public include a dog collar from 1765 and jewellery once belonging to Lady Megan Lloyd George. Expert Lisa Lloyd examines an articulated Saba doll made in the 1920s, while Ben Wright assesses a large pocket watch. Marc Allum finds trophies from the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy (TT) road racing event, and Alexandra Aguilar tests Fiona’s eye for Asian art. The episode features a range of items with strong connections to Welsh history and culture.
