Armchair Theatre: Wolf Pack (ITV 13 April 1958, Ian Bannen, Maurice Colbourne)

Wartime drama Wolf Pack was made for ABC’s popular Armchair Theatre strand of single plays and took place during World War II where a German U-boat sailing under a non German flag is captured by a group of British soldiers.

Ian Bannen had one of the leading roles and there was also a part for Richard Carpenter who would later turn writer and pen the classic Catweazle amongst many other gems.
