Thriller. In 1971 crook Peter Macari pulls off a daring raid on the Qantas airline and then embarks on a spree of wild living but the police are determined to track him down however long it takes.

Based on a true story that actually took place in Sydney in 1971. Large portions of the interior shooting were based in Adelaide, South Australia at Lips Studio in the dockside area of Port Adelaide, and wherever possible exteriors were mocked up to look like Sydney.
