The series kicks off with Ramsay targeting Parthenon, a family-run Greek restaurant in Washington, D.C., that has seen better days.
In this initial outing, Ramsay, operating from a state-of-the-art surveillance vehicle, enlists secret diners Rock Harper and Sammi Tarantino, along with an embedded insider, to gather unfiltered intelligence on the restaurant’s operational issues. The mission is to help the owner modernize the establishment and secure a legacy for his son. The operation includes a nighttime black light kitchen investigation to identify cleanliness problems, all while the staff remains unaware of Ramsay’s presence until a final reveal.
