Hidden (BBC-1 2011, Philip Glenister, David Suchet)

Originally known as Undisclosed, Hidden is a Robert Goddard-esque conspiracy thriller which sees small time solicitor Harry Venn forced to search into his murky past when he agrees to track down a missing alibi witness for lawyer colleague Gina Hawkes. As he digs into the case Harry is surprised to find links to the death of his brother 20 years before and he soon realises that a major conspiracy is afoot.

Filmed on location in Northern Ireland, Hidden has a nicely old fashioned kind of feel. The kind of production that would have been ideal fare for an Armchair Thriller serial back in the 1970′s.
