James Martin is back with culinary creations in the second episode of James Martin’s Midweek Menu, scheduled for Wednesday, 21 May at 2:00 PM BST on ITV1. The chef will be joined by Galton Blackiston and special guest Anton Du Beke.
Martin himself will demonstrate how to assemble a knickerbocker glory and will also prepare a crab tart from fellow chef Galton Blackiston. Additionally, Martin will share his method for properly cooking steak. Strictly Come Dancing’s Anton Du Beke makes an appearance to enjoy a crumble, with chefs Nick Nairn and Cyrus Todiwala also assisting in the kitchen.
