Jane Hall (ITV-1 2006, Sarah Smart, Robert Glenister)

Jane Hall is a young woman who has a low opinion of her own abilities and decides to escape all the lofty ambitions her mother has for her and become a bus driver. She lives with friends in a flat and gets into scrapes and love-tangles always with her nagging over confident inner-ego trying to spur her on to be braver but mostly voicing the things she’d like to say but dare not.
