MasterChef returns for its 15th season on FOX with a new format, premiering Wednesday, May 21, at 8:00 PM ET. The opener, “The Audition Battles,” introduces the “Dynamic Duos” theme, where pairs of home cooks will compete together.
Returning judges Gordon Ramsay and Joe Bastianich are joined by new judge, chef Tiffany Derry. The premiere will feature eight pairs of aspiring chefs—ranging from married couples and siblings to best friends—battling head-to-head in the kitchen for the chance to earn coveted white aprons. The season is set to test these relationships through a series of demanding culinary challenges.
