Prime Video is stacking its June 2025 schedule with live sports, including the ICC World Test Championship Final, alongside the exclusive streaming premiere of the Nicole Kidman erotic thriller Babygirl, and the debut of Countdown, a new suspense series starring Jensen Ackles.
The sports action kicks off with the ICC World Test Championship Final 2025, streaming live and exclusively from Wednesday, June 11, through Saturday, June 15, at 7:30 PM AEST. The matchup features Australia, led by Prime Video ambassador Pat Cummins, against South Africa. The streamer will offer 10-minute and 25-minute highlights packages, along with full-play replays.
On the scripted front, Nicole Kidman headlines Babygirl, an erotic thriller set to premiere exclusively on Tuesday, June 3. Later in the month, We Were Liars, based on the best-selling novel by E. Lockhart, arrives Wednesday, June 18. The series explores secrets and privilege on a private New England island. Jensen Ackles stars in Countdown, premiering Wednesday, June 25. The series follows a detective’s investigation into the murder of a Homeland Security officer.
Further additions include the film Deep Cover, starring Bryce Dallas Howard, Orlando Bloom, and Nick Mohammed, which begins streaming Thursday, June 12. The same day sees the launch of the documentary American Thunder: NASCAR to Le Mans, chronicling NASCAR’s historic participation in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
The Japanese drama Marry My Husband (JP), starring Fuka Koshiba and Takeru Satoh, about a woman who gets a chance to rewrite her destiny, will be available from Friday, June 27. The documentary Beyond After, examining the After film franchise with interviews featuring Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes Tiffin, lands on Tuesday, June 24.
Subscribers will also find an expanded library with titles including the series Mr. Robot and Law & Order: SVU, and movies such as Road House and The King’s Man. A Minecraft Movie will be available to rent or buy.
