Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship is set to name its Season 11 winner in the finale episode, “Crowning the Spring Baking Champion,” airing Monday, May 19, at 8:00 PM ET. The champion will take home a $25,000 prize.
The episode begins with two bakers learning their fate, while the remaining three advance to the ultimate challenge. For their final task, these contestants must construct sky-high Marie Antoinette-inspired spring hairdo cakes. The elaborate creations are required to feature floral flavors, consist of at least three tiers, and incorporate a floral headdress theme.
Host Jesse Palmer guides the competition, with judges Duff Goldman, Kardea Brown, and Nancy Fuller tasked with determining who will be named the Spring Baking Champion.
