Thriller: Screamer (ITV 1975, Pamela Franklin, Donal McCann)

In Thriller episode Screamer Nicola Stevens is attacked and it sets off a desire for revenge against the man who responsible – if only she could remember more about him.

Another classic plot line reused to great effect here by Clemens, who it has to be said had a great knack for reworking classic tropes and putting his own spin on them. Incidentally Pamela Franklin had previously starred in brilliant Brian Clemens 1970 feature film And Soon The Darkness.
